3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate business information, offer details, and access credentials

  • Review and approve outreach copy and targeting criteria

  • Ensure legal compliance with applicable regulations and platform policies

Leads Champ (EMPERIAN AGENCY LTD) is not responsible for account restrictions, deliverability issues, or legal violations arising from inaccurate or non-compliant client input.

 

4. Payments & Billing

  • All services must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Subscription or project-based fees will be outlined in invoices

  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

  • Stripe and Wise are used for secure invoicing and billing

 

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Leads Champ does not guarantee specific sales or revenue outcomes unless stated explicitly in the agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All assets produced by EMPERIAN AGENCY LTD for the purpose of promoting the client’s business under Leads Champ are transferred to the client upon full payment, including:

  • Outreach copy and campaign structure

  • Calendars, scripts, and email templates

  • Any creatives designed for cold outreach

EMPERIAN AGENCY LTD retains the right to display non-confidential deliverables for portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

 

7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

During services such as outreach campaigns or database reactivation, clients may share sensitive information including:

  • Lead or customer lists

  • Contact details and CRM data

  • Messaging strategies and internal assets

Leads Champ (EMPERIAN AGENCY LTD) agrees to:

  • Use this data only for executing the agreed services

  • Not disclose, resell, or share this data with any third party

  • Retain it only for reporting and review if permitted by the client

Confidentiality remains in effect during and after the business relationship unless legal obligations or client permission dictate otherwise.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

EMPERIAN AGENCY LTD is not liable for:

  • Platform issues (e.g. email provider blacklisting or domain bans)

  • Technical failures or deliverability issues outside our control

  • Delays caused by client inaction or missing assets

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding a claim.

 

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any outstanding fees become immediately payable upon termination. Leads Champ reserves the right to terminate services for abuse, non-payment, or misuse of platforms.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available on this page.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.
